MEROPE’s investment focus is on complex Real Estate deals in prime locations providing value added returns potential. Based on a relatively short investment period and through an active asset management approach, MEROPE aims to solve public administration issues, financial distress and construction complexities. MEROPE targets off market opportunities which other investors struggle to take up.

MEROPE’s investment focus is on following Real Estate main targets:

  • Value add / speculative return profile. Target geared post tax IRR is > 15%.
  • Short / medium term period. Average 3-5 years investment period
  • Medium / large deals. Approx Euro 30 – 100 mln
